Sis! I’m so sorry you had to go through all of that. This is an issue many revert women go through and along the line, many are left feeling like Islam isn’t for them. We do need a strong global network of women supporting women in our communities — so that our rights are protected and enforced.

In the UK, there’s an organisation for reverts, founded by Aliyah Umm Raihaan. It’s called “Solace”. I’m not sure we have organizations like this elsewhere but Solace is always open to revert sisters from around the world.

Being a Mom is hard, but being a single mom is way harder and I really feel you. I’m going to include you in my du’a In Shaa Allah. May Allah open the doors of ease and mercy unto you.
